Oceanside is Southern California's hidden jewel. North Coast Village consists of 550 privately owned condominiums. North Coast Village is located along a beautiful sandy beach that has great surfing, swimming, volleyball, and even firepits for an evening barbecue. Inside North Coast Village, the peaceful scenery continues, with a lush tropical landscape, wandering streams, waterfalls, and ponds filled with Japanese kois. There are two pools, two jacuzzis, exercise room (treadmills, free weights, etc.) along with mens and womens saunas plus gas bbqs throughout, rec room with ping pong tables and pool tables (may rent equipment on premises with identification) and a small putting green. The units are safe, with gated entrance and 24 hour security. One of the best parts about NCV is that you are walking distance to the harbor and pier with great restaurants and activities so once you arrive you can park your car and forget about it until you leave.

The whole complex is on the sand and there is direct gated access to the beach-the harbor is just out of view in this picture at the bottom across from the river.The pool is located towards the front center.
